Do you need help in one of these areas?

Teaching Business to Healthcare Providers

Whether you need a one-time lecture, a three-day workshop, or advice on curriculum development, I can help you prepare your students to become better employees and better entrepreneurs.

Selling/Moving/Closing a Practice

Big changes like selling or moving are delicate situations. Your colleagues trust you and want to follow, but it is scary. Contact me so we can talk through your plan confidentially, especially if you are thinking of selling.

*Expect a non-disclosure agreement for this service.

Executive Support

I know firsthand that it is lonely at the top. I understand that confidentiality is paramount. I can provide secure therapeutic listening, honest feedback, emotional support, or consult on business decisions. This can be provided as a single interaction, on-call consultation, or routine scheduled support.  Expect a non-discosure agreement for this service.

Leading or Motivating Your Team

Talk to me about talking to your team.  As a retired U.S. Navy veteran, small business owner, real estate investor, and former clinical executive, I draw upon an array of experiences to find what inspires people. I combine my humble beginnings, psychiatry training, and experience as a leader to help determine the next best steps in your organization.

Starting a Private Practice

If you are a healthcare provider thinking about starting your own practice, I can help you fully understand and prepare for a successful business that complements your clinical skills.

Changing Jobs

Whether you are moving to a new practice, going out on your own, or negotiating your first job as a healthcare provider, I can help you prepare for the next steps.  Do you know how to interview? Do you know what questions to ask the potential employer? Do you know what you are worth? I can help with those questions and many more.

Improving Efficiency or Increasing Profit

Do you have solid systems in place to support your business goals? Let me evaluate your current operations to help determine if a change is warranted, to reduce stress, or improve your profitability.
